These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites and services operated by Venkatesh Associates. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Description
Venkatesh Associates operates two distinct divisions:
- Medicare Division: Supply of surgical instruments, medical consumables, diagnostic equipment, and related products.
- Software Division: Web development, app development, UI/UX design, and cloud services.
2. Medicare Division Terms
- All products are sourced from certified manufacturers.
- Returns are accepted only for defective items within 7 days of delivery with original packaging.
- Product availability is subject to manufacturer stock.
3. Software Division Terms
- Projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before commencement.
- Source code ownership transfers to the client upon full payment settlement.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
